It’s not really recent but since February the 14th (St-valentin day, gnu?) Fedora users can install Acrobat Reader directly with Yum.

I have sometimes to write a post related to this blog title So what about getting good times with this samples of a chinese television. I don’t know names of the girls but there are all of them pretty cute.

Since Toshiba has announced discontinuation of HDDVD, good bargains can be found on eBay.

I remember to have the dilemma when I had to choose between a Bluray and HDDVD player. Finally, I’ve chosen a Sony 60GB PS3 for several reasons : Bluray format (a little bit ahead of HDDVD), SACD player (which it’s not anymore the case), Cell CPU and PS2 retro-compatibility mainly.

One key point about HDDVD was movie software seemed to be better encoded (compared to the same Bluray movie). So at the beginning my choice was for Bluray, then HDDVD, and then back to Bluray.

And you? Do you have a high-def player? Bluray? HDDVD?

I’ve just discovered this tool today on Freeman59’s weblog. It seems pretty cool because it only requires your admin login and password. Maybe it will help me to write more often ^_^.

I’ve just received today Aural Vampire’s Album “Vampire Ecstasy”. I’ve ordered it at HMV. I’ve ordered it mainly for the title “Freeeeze!!”. Ok it’s pure J-Pop as we’ve known in Europe with group like 2Unlimited, but I find the female singer - Exo Chika - very cute and sexy.

The sound quality is so-so. The bass is very loud and the voice of Exo Chika is very low, she seems to be far from us. I would appreciate her voice to be more in front and lower bass.

The CD is CD-Text but I wonder if some text is written in japanese because I can only see few of them. Moreover the title of the album is a suite of numbers, weird!

For the moment I haven’t listen to other titles because as I said before, I’m interested mostly in “Freeeeze!!”. It’s J-Gothic so you must like it or not.

If you can read (and sing) japanese, lyrics are available ^_^.

This saturday evening, my wife and I were in the Stade de France, to show the Rolling Stones. It was quite a bit magic to see them on stage cause I’ve been listening to them since my childhood (I remember listening for the first time “satisfaction” on my father LP).
